Bamboo Birth Services Celebrates 4th Anniversary

Bamboo Birth Services: 4th Anniversary
Celebrating 88 Families and Friends

“It is not only that we want to bring about an easy labor, without risking injury to the mother or the child; we must go further. We must understand that childbirth is fundamentally a spiritual, as well as physical, achievement… The birth of a child is the ultimate perfection of human love.” Grantly Dick-Reid, 1953

Dear Bamboo Birth Family and Friends,

Another year has passed as we add to our growing Bamboo Birth Community. Many of you have reported bumping into each other and connecting. Some of you attended childbirth classes together or know each other from work or social groups. Know you have the common bond of birth and being a part of the Bamboo Birth Community.

This event is an opportunity to celebrate your families, build community, and extend my support to the businesses that I have networked with by introducing them to you. Families often ask who I recommend for local services and businesses. I have compiled a list of people that have supported me over the past four years and I wish to extend the same support to them. In addition, a number of Bamboo Birth families are business owners and I have included them on the list. Please enjoy the exciting gifts that they have shared. I hope that you will extend the same kind support that you have to us.

I am once again touched by the outpouring of support and excitement as we celebrate the 4th Anniversary of Bamboo Birth Services. This year has been ripe with positive birth experiences and new connections. This month I will also be attending the first repeat Bamboo Birth Family. Thank you for allowing me the pleasure and honour of supporting you and your family during your birth journey.
