Heartland Yoga will again offer a 6 week course beginning on March
25 and running through April 29,2012 called Mindful Birthing. This
course is designed to empower couples to communicate their
desires about labor and birth, learn to trust their instinctive voice,
and allow their fears to be resolved prior to birthing. This class is not
specific to one way of birthing or method of childbirth as we believe
births unfold in organic and unique ways. We integrate holistic
childbirth education, hypnosis for labor and delivery, mindfulness
meditation, and prenatal yoga in a safe and nurturing environment.
Facilitators include Betsy Rippentrop, PhD, Monica Brasile and
Janelle Railey, MA, LMHC. Registration is required. For more
information visit www.icheartlandyoga.com\MindfulBirthing, email
